Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SidelineStitch.com.  The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing & Shipping Times
At Sideline Stitch, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Items are then shipped out via USPS with transit times that usually take between 2-7 days.  

If we are experiencing a high volume or orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).  The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sideline Stitch LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Sideline Stitch LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  If you are unsure if the damage was caused during shipping or have any questions in general, then please contact SidelineStitch@gmail.com.  

That said, if you have purchased Shipping Protection with your order, we will make every effort possible to track down your missing item and will make a priority reshipment if the item is unable to be located.  Furthermore, if Shipping Protection has been purchased, we will replace your damaged/missing item as soon as possible. 

Benefits of Ordering Our Shipping Protection Add-On:

The Shipping Protection Add-On is a great, low-cost way to protecting the investment you are making in your purchased item.  If you purchase our Shipping Protection Add-On ($2.99), you will be fully protected from lost, damaged, and/or stolen shipments.  If you purchased the add-on, and your item is returned to us due to carrier error or customer error (i.e. incorrect address entered at checkout), then we will issue a replacement right away rather than waiting until the item is returned to us before sending back out.  We will also immediately replace lost/ damaged / and stolen items if the add-on has been purchased (we will still require photo proof in most cases).  Lastly, if the add-on shipping protection is purchased, we will consider replacing the item even if it is reported missing / stolen / damaged after the standard 30-day return window.
